Morning Yoga Practice for Beginners (11-minute video)
This is something that I should have done a long time ago, but for one reason or another (mainly that self-sabotage type of procrastination), have only done now. It’s an 11 minutes morning yoga practice, for those of you who want to give your body a little stretch after waking up.
